The Villa

Les Oliviers comprises: Entrance hall leading on to large Living Room and Dining Room with working fire. The Living Room has French windows that open out onto the main Terrace that overlooks the lawn, pool and vineyard. The main Terrace has a large teak table and chairs (seating for 8), BBQ, and Sun Umbrella for al fresco dinning. The Living Room comprises of double height ceilings and has a feature mezzanine with double sofa bed. There are four large sofa chairs and a double sofa. There is a music centre (Cassette / CD / Tuner) and a B&O TV with basic satellite package and Sony DVD player. There is a wide selection of DVDs, Books, and childrens games. The separate Dining area features a dining room table and seating for 6. There is Wi Fi access throughout. All 3 double bedrooms (two doubles, one twin) have their own terrace, two are south facing and one has it’s own en-suite shower room. There is a large bathroom and a further separate shower room. All sanitary ware and tiling are new, as are all the furniture and beds. The Kitchen has been entirely refurbished and includes new work surfaces and cupboards. The Kitchen is well stocked with all new appliances; hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
