Terms and Conditions
Accommodation is available from 15:00 on day of arrival, accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure to enable cleaning to take place.
All prices are per week Sunday 15:00 to Sunday 10:00 6 persons maximum.
Booking is only accepted upon receipt of non-refundable Deposit of 30% of total (in the event of cancellation, deposit can only be returned once the booked week is filled less any additional advertising costs & expenses).
Balance of payment is payable 10 weeks before arrival date together with Security Deposit (in the event of cancellation within 10 weeks of arrival, balance & deposit will only be returned once the cancelled week is filled less any additional advertising costs & expenses).
Security Deposit of €600 is payable to cover any losses or damages within the property (this will be returned to you after check-out).
Any breakages or damages must be paid for. This includes, but is not limited to, contents of villa, furniture, furnishings, linen, fixtures & fittings, ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, windows, doors, appliances.
An inventory of items will be available for signature and items will be checked in and out.
Facilities are used at your own risk; we have made every possible effort to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable Holiday. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that result due to careless behaviour.
The swimming pool is a particular concern for non-swimmers, children, toddlers or babies. The Pool is not for use after dark. The pool will require servicing from time to time and we reserve the right to close off or withdraw the pool facility if necessary.
The pool alarm system should be used at all times, it is supplied for your safety and clear instruction will be provided upon arrival.
Please remember that you should avoid alcohol when swimming and those under medication should seek medical advice from their Doctor prior to using the pool.
Additional Electricity & Water: heavy use of hot water (or heating) will be charged at cost. We allow for reasonable use but cannot be expected to pay for any specific heavy use that you may have (i.e. hot water left on or many hot baths etc).
Les Oliviers will be presented to a very high standard for your arrival. On your departure/check-out, we ask our clients to leave the premises in the same condition, otherwise a cleaning charge will be levied/deducted from the Security Deposit based upon the degree of Cleaning required to bring it up to the standard initially provided to you.
Regarding the Meet and Greet service provided, Guests of Les Oliviers should be aware that there is a surcharge of €25 per hour or part of an hour for unsociable hours after 9pm or before 8am and also for any delays outside the first hour of waiting time.
We cannot be held responsible for curtailment of your holiday or cancellation, delay or other incidents that are beyond our control. (e.g.. Airlines, strikes, political problems, bad weather - whilst the Cote D'Azur has over 300 days of sunshine per year, we cannot be held responsible for your holiday weather conditions).
We are not responsible for any of your Personal Effects; private belongings & valuables need to be insured by you under your Home Contents Insurance or Holiday Travel Insurance.
We are not responsible for any Medical requirements/cost that you may need/incur, please obtain Form E111 from your Post Office (it is free).
Due to the local laws and neighbourly understanding, music to be kept to a reasonable level - it may not be to the neighbours taste!!!
